Tallava is a popular genre in Eastern Europe, with similar styles found in Romanian Manea / Manele and Bulgarian Chalga (or Pop-Folk) for example. It combines traditional Balkan folk melodies with modern electronic beats, creating a distinctive and improvisational sound. Often associated with celebrations, Tallava features the use of keyboards, drum machines, and rhythmic patterns. Over time, it has grown in popularity across Albania, North Macedonia, and the wider Balkan region, blending traditional and contemporary influences.
Artists like Dhurata Dora and DJ GIMI-O have brought Albanian-style melodies to the forefront of modern dance music, creating a unique and energetic sound. When you visit the Balkans and hear this music played by a DJ, you know the party is about to come alive.
This pack includes 5 construction kits/starter kits, designed to help you learn the structure of Tallava music or to incorporate its distinctive elements into your next trap, hip-hop, or dance music project. Tempos range from 130 to 150 BPM, making it compatible with many modern dance music styles.
