Yes, all of my sample packs are 100% royalty-free. However for a few of them I ask you to give proper credit only in case of a major placements (songs played on radio, TV, or expected to surpass 1,000,000 streams on any platform). I always state that in the description of a product. I will NOT require any additional payments.

Please note: "Royalty-free" means you can use the samples in your music - even for commercial purposes (like stock music, аdvertisment , beats for sale, or your own releases) - without paying any extra royalties. However, it does not mean you can claim the content as your own. In other words, you're not allowed to redistribute, resell, or upload any of the content (including free MIDI/sample packs) to other websites.

In such cases, I will file a DMCA report with the platform or hosting provider.

When you buy a pack from me, the price includes a license to use the samples/loops/midi etc. in your music releases, royalty-free. Please keep your license number as proof of purchase. Same goes for the free downloads.

You will receive either a .zip or .rar archive file, depending on the size. I suggest you use a software like 7zip to extract the files, as it is free and also what has been used to create the archives in the first place. Other software should be fine too as long as it supports ZIP and RAR files. You can download a file up to 3 times. If you have any issues with your downloads, please contact me.

My free packs (like the Balkan Midi Pack Free Vol. 3 for example) contain a 100% original content and are 100% royalty-free. You are free to use the sounds in your music productions, including commercial projects. However, you may not use any of the sounds in other sample packs or to redistribute them on other websites.

My demo kits are not royalty-free and are provided for demonstration purposes only. They contain a small preview of the full sample pack to help you evaluate its content before making a purchase. You are not permitted to use any of the sounds in your music productions - whether for commercial or non-commercial projects - without first purchasing a license for the full version. This will be stated either in the license agreement PDF inside the download or on the product page.

Unfortunately, I am not going to be able, in most cases, to issue refunds once you have downloaded the file after purchase.

Under EU law, customers typically have the right to cancel a contract of sale within fourteen days. However, this does not apply to digital downloads such as sample packs and software. Once the product has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

Additionally, for sample packs and loops, a virtual license to use the content royalty-free in your music is transferred to you upon completing your purchase. Therefore, you do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded.

To ensure satisfaction before purchasing:

• Listen to the detailed demo provided for every sample pack.
• If a product is labeled as a "construction kit", you will receive the stems of the songs heard in the demo.
• If a product is labeled as a "loop kit", you will receive high-quality WAV files of the exact sounds heard in the demo (and MIDI files of the melodies, if included).
• If a product is labeled as a "MIDI pack", you will receive the exact MIDI files used to create the melodies from the demo (WAV loops may also be included, depending on the pack).
• Some packs include a free demo kit so you can evaluate the content before making a purchase.
