Whenever you download a FREE beat from this website, you will also receive a unique license key. This key grants you a non-exclusive license to use the music in your songs under the conditions listed below. A non-exclusive license means that others who download the same instrumental are also free to use it in their own music. The license gives you permission to use the instrumental, but it does not transfer ownership. All ownership rights remain with Lazura Music.

The terms of use are as follows:

• You may use this beat for free in any project, including commercial, for-profit, or major releases.
• You may upload your finished song to Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal and any other online vendor or streaming platform and keep 100% of the profit. However you MAY NOT enable contend ID for YouTube. Read more about this below.
• No additional fees or royalties are required.
• Always credit me as the producer (for example, in your video description - it doesn’t need to be in the title). Acceptable credits: “Produced by Malko Whisky (Lazura Music)” or “Beat by Lazura Music”. Some beats may be produced or co-produced by other artists, so always make sure to also include their names!
• Once your song reaches 1 000 000 views on YouTube you must put my name in the title of the video. Contact me to talk about the proper credit. You still do not owe any royalty payments.
• Do not enable YouTube Content ID for any song that uses any of my free beats, as it must remain free for others to use. If you wish to claim Content ID, please contact me first. Enabling content ID without approval form my side will result in a copyright strike.
• Do not upload or host any of my beats "as is" or even altered (including stems or full files, midi or any other part of the instrumental) on any other websites or platforms. You are, however, free to upload your finished song (with recorded vocals) anywhere you like.
• Do not upload and/or remix my work with any generative AI platform without permission. While I don't mind AI at all when used creatively, as a tool to beat writers block or even by people who don't have any musical background just having fun, my idea to release these beats is to help other people finish more music and/or learn how to create their own with a similar sound. Please do not create alternative versions of my work, especially while using any of the original melodies.
• You may make minor edits to the beat (such as rearranging sections or adding/removing small elements and melodies). Please avoid major changes.
• You may NOT use the stems or MIDI files to create another instrumental or any other piece of music, or sample packs or libraries / VSTs, whether for commercial use or personal projects. All stems are provided solely for the purpose of professionally mixing your song and giving you more control over the production quality. MIDI files are provided for educational purposes, but may also be used to make minor edits to a melody, chord progression, or rhythm, or to change or layer instruments. However, you may not make major changes to the beat itself.
